A highly skilled Horologist and reality weaver, Ribbons was disliked both for his arrogance and his amoral attitude to his experiments and operations. He was supposedly killed years ago but has displayed a talent for cheating death almost as large as his talent for encouraging people to try and grant him said death. On two occasions he has been reported dead at the hands of people "objecting" to his latest undertaking. Only time, perhaps in the most literal sense, will tell if the world has finally seen the last of him.
