Captain Powder, Deputy OIC ???? - 1811

Age: Older than most!

Originally from the first incarnation of the Salem section of the UKA. Powder spent his youth at study, where a natural talent for Chemistry and Engineering emerged. Being of reasonable background, plus the capacity and wealth to travel outside of Salem, he rose through learning into the officer ranks of the military before ending up in a special insertion unit designed to destroy specific targets inside enemy lands, mostly fighting the Thunders and the Forlorn.

During such time he was caught up in one of his own 'Specials' and lost most of his left side, unlike the two pte's with him who both lost their lives. Rebuilt, in body only, with the loss of his left eye, fingers, a toe and ahem... other things..!

Ashamed and disheartened, he left his name and rank behind and fled into the heart of the newly formed URKA's where his talents to this day best serve the Artillery.

Highly skilled with demolitions, heavy weapons, unarmed and armed combat and very highly educated.
