Order of the Setting Sun

A group of people, their true goals , numbers and resources unknown. They can, at least in some cases, be identified by a certain mark to be found on their bodies, often on the back of a hand.

Members of this order don't appear very often, but when they do they tend to strike quickly and without warning, disappearing when their goal is achieved or they decide to withdraw. Their most public operation involved a raid on a mansion in Port of Saints, though it is uncertain what their intentions were.
