Latveria

In the midst of Salem this lies a land called Latveria, ruled by man called Victor Von Dumas, it is often an island in whatever storm besets Salem, although it’s borders are normally shut. Heavily protected by its geography, its people and by Lord Von Dumas himself, Latveria remains a free thinking oasis for religion and those considered different.

Von Dumas was missing for a great stretch of time, having not been seen since he helped in the raid within Carnelium in an attempt to win the war against the Witch King. He has since returned after his rescue by the Wanderer's from the clutches of the Thule Brotherhood.
